FAITH TO RECEIVE THE BEST FROM GOD

Deuteronomy 32: 20; Hebrews 11:1-40, Luke 18:8b,
We can turn the topic around and say ‘FAITH TO RECEIVE GOD’S BEST’
Three questions come to mind on hearing this topic:
WHAT IS FAITH?
The word ‘faith was mentioned only twice in the Old Testament. The first time was in Deuteronomy 32: 20 and the second time Habakkuk 2:4. The first shows us the habits and end of people that has no faith and the second shows us the habits and end of the people that have faith.
If we ask Abraham what is faith? He will say it is the ability of God to raise your Isaac after he is dead.
If we ask Moses, he will say it is the ability of God to use one man to save a nation
If we ask David, he will say it is the ability of God to kill a giant with a sling
If we ask Queen Esther, she will say it is the ability of God to turn the plan of the wicked on their head and keep his Israelites safe.
If we ask Joshua, he will say it is the ability of God to stop both the moon and the sun for his children
If we ask an English professor, the professor will reply it is complete confidence or trust in a person or thing. A belief not based on proof.
If we ask Joseph, he will say it is the ability of God to keep you even when you are far from home
If we ask Daniel and the three Hebrews children, they will say it is the ability of God to give you good success in a foreign land
If we ask Simeon, he will say it is the ability of God to keep you alive until you finish you life goals Luke 2:25-35
If we ask Hagar, she will tell us it is the ability of God to look past your flaws and still bless you when you repent
If we ask the evil spirit, it is the ability of God to show mercy Mark 5:1-13, Matthew 8:28-34,
If evil spirit can exercise faith in God and pray unto him how much more we human, saved by Grace
If we ask Paul, He will tell us to check Hebrews 11
FAITH simply means God can before God has.
Now that we know what faith is, we will in unison make the Apostles prayer:
Luke 17:5 ‘And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.’
WHAT IS GOD’S BEST?
God’s very best is that we have heaven on earth.
We have decided to link the word faith with God’s promises in the Bible. God’s best that are linked with faith
